You don’t need to understand the system. Only your next step.
KLARi shows you what to do in your exact situation: which steps, in what order, and which documents you’ll need. All based on official sources, in your language.
We’ll only email you when KLARi is ready. No spam, ever.

Help us build the first version.
KLARi is currently crowdfunding on Respekt.net. Every donation goes directly into building the step-by-step guidance for the most important official procedures in Austria.
The help exists, but the clarity is missing.
Austria’s support system is well developed, but it’s made up of separate offices, and each one only handles its own narrow part. No one is responsible for your path between them.
That leaves the hardest job to the person who knows the system least, in the hardest weeks after arriving. KLARi exists to take that job off your shoulders.
From situation to result, one step at a time.
Describe your situation
In plain words, in your language. No need to know office names or legal terms.
Get your route
KLARi puts the steps in order: what comes first, which documents you’ll need for each one, and where to go.
Follow it to the result
One step at a time, with official sources at every stop and human help when you need it.
Not another website. The missing link.
Official portals, information sites and counselling centres already exist and do their jobs well. What’s missing is the connection between them.
KLARi is that connection: it brings official services, verified information and in-person help together into one route, and always shows where its information comes from.
Clarity should be the norm, not a privilege.
KLARi helps people find a clear path through Austria’s services: official offices, verified information and real human advice, joined into one personal route. The person comes first, not the system.
Everyone deserves clarity, whatever their situation, including people with disabilities.
KLARi is built by Anastasiia Shulhan, an engineer with a master’s degree who came to Austria as a refugee from Ukraine. She went through this system herself, figuring everything out on her own, and built KLARi from that experience.
Incomplete documents and language gaps are among the most common reasons cases stall, and both are costly to fix after the fact.
- Fewer resubmitted applications
- Fewer visits lost to language gaps
- Less spent on ad-hoc interpreters
